Weight Loss is about nourishing your body in a way that promotes balance and gives you what you need to function optimally, while also allowing your body to shed excess adipose tissue that it may be holding onto. You need to provide your body with amino acids, antioxidants and proper nutrition to kick your body into fat burning mode. Your main focus should be on eating right by including a variety of foods that come in a rainbow of colors and eat frequently throughout the day to maintain a healthy blood sugar range. Another important factor is making sure we are hydrating our bodies properly and getting enough water to help cleanse the body and shed toxins. To better determine how much water you need each day, divide your body weight in half. The result is the approximate number of water in ounces you should be consuming each day.

The 21 day Cleanse includes eating whole, organic, and unprocessed foods; taking a few recommended supplements with whole foods and other ingredients; and drinking plenty of water. You will eat a variety of vegetables and fruit for the first 10 days, with some proteins added on the 11th day. The Clear Change 10-Day Program is designed to enhance the body’s natural metabolic detoxification process while providing adequate fuel for both cleansing and other daily activities—providing energy and support for overall wellbeing.
