We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Customers may be required to return the product unopened, unused, in new condition and must pay for the return shipping. Refunds are subject to The Natural Alternative's discretion. Refunds on orders over $500 will be subject to a 3% processing fee. This applies to all orders of $500 or more when refunded in whole or in part. Store Credit for the full amount may be provided in place of refund. Store Credit is non-refundable.
