Shipping Policy
We ship orders received Monday through Thursday the following business day via United States Postal
Service (USPS) First class mail or FedEx, depending on weight, and shipping cost. Orders received on weekend days (Friday,
Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped as soon as available or the following next business day (Monday), excluding major
holidays. Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.
All products will be shipped as soon as they are in stock or become available. If a product is out of stock or unavailable we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. For backordered products we will do our best to keep you informed of the delays or provide a refund or store credit. Delays cause by out of stock orders, back ordered products, high volume orders, holidays, or other events outside of our control may be experienced. All delays in order processing are at The Natural Alternative's discretion. Order processing timelines are not guaranteed. We are dedicated to providing the best services possible but we do not guarantee order processing timelines, shipping timelines, or delivery timelines.
