We prepare our Valerian extract from the fresh (never dried) root and rhizome of Certified Organic Valeriana officinalis plants. The rhizome & root are harvested in autumn and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

How to Take
Squeeze:
Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
Drop:
Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice.
Drink:
For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.
Suggested Use
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, up to 4 times per day for general relaxation.* May be taken 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime. Best taken between meals.
