We prepare our Fenugreek extract from seeds of Certified Organic Trigonella foenum-graecum plants. To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreek's bioactive compounds, the seeds are harvested in late summer when they have fully matured, are winnowed free of all chaff, then put through our meticulous extraction process.

How to Take
Squeeze:
Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
Drop:
Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice.
Drink:
For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.
Suggested Use
Shake Well Before Using.
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day.
Best taken between meals.
