We prepare our Motherwort extract from the flowering aerial parts of Certified Organic Leonurus cardiaca plants grown on our own farms in southern Oregon. To assure optimal extraction of the herb's bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested while in full flower, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted.

How to Take
Squeeze:
Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
Drop:
Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice.
Drink:
For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.

Shake Well Before Using.
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day.
Best taken between meals.
