Revitalize Your Body: Unlock the Power of Liver Detox!

Your liver works tirelessly to detoxify your body, but sometimes it needs a little extra support. Just a few ways to know your liver might need a detox can include:

A liver detox involves adopting lifestyle changes and dietary habits to support the liver's natural detoxification processes. This typically includes consuming liver-friendly foods, staying hydrated, limiting alcohol and processed foods, and incorporating herbal supplements to promote liver health and function.

 

Step 1: Drink plenty of water!

Staying hydrated is key to helping flush out toxins and helps support your liver health. Experts suggest drinking 8 glasses of water a day. 

Some find this challenging, try adding lemon or even drinking it out of a cup or bottle that you like to have around like a reusable bottle, one that is your favorite color or one that is easy to transport! 

Step 2: Cut out processed food for organic foods

Try to remove all processed foods from your diet. Many Americans are on a highly processed diet that has harmful chemicals, artificial ingredients and food dyes and extra additives to make it shelf-stable longer. 

Add homemade meals, meal prep for when you are on the go, and make sure it is well rounded! 

Consuming organic whole foods such as green-leafy vegetables, cucumbers, carrots, organic fruits and grass fed meats (Including free range eggs!) can help clean up your diet and get rid of the toxic build up in the liver! 

 

Step 3: Add herbs or herbal supplements that can help the liver

  • Milk Thistle. Milk thistle is a well-known liver-loving herb used to support overall liver health.
